Phil & Donna Blakeway

Through a labour of love and a love of our natural environment, we have worked together to create Nukara. Our relaxed rustic, bush setting has been enhanced with unique infrastructure, constructed predominantly with recycled materials that blend in and flow with the natural surrounds.

In 2006/2007 we spent a year building the main Barn area, ablution block and small stage in time for our own wedding. No pressure like building the venue for your wedding and it was a huge celebration with our family and friends who had supported us on this special journey.

Nukara has evolved over the past 12 years into a very special venue that is totally enveloped in nature.
